This is me. This is my first sweater. Knitblogland, meet big fuzzy green Big Sack. It's growing on me, but I think I need to wear fewer sack-like garments in general.

This is me. This is my first sweater. Knitblogland, meet big fuzzy green Big Sack. It's growing on me, but I think I need to wear fewer sack-like garments in general.

I write, I knit, and I try to be local in my spending habits. I commute on foot as much as possible and try to have my camera with me, whether or not I remember to use it every time I go out. I'm more cluttered than I'd like, but have made peace with it. I escape to my parents' small farm less often than I should.

Congrats on finishing your first sweater. It doesn't look like a sack to me at all. The fit looks good. That's a great color, too.

It looks great - and not at all like a sack. I wear my (ehhem, I mean my husbands) big sack all the time. It's one of my favorite sweaters.
